Why are you choosing failure when success is an option?
I've taken nearly a year away from SparkPeople. Why? Call it laziness, call it being "too busy," call it losing my Spark. But I'm back and I'm ready to get back to basics...and stop this yo-yo fitness/diet ride that I've been on for the last 10 months. Wish me luck!

My Program:
Fitness Plan: 1. Cardio for at least 10 minutes on most days of the week. Goal is to get to at least 30 minutes per day. 2. I love kettlebells! I also love the LiveFit Revolution! I want to get back in to this!
