Trying to keep Up
Well... I am 30 and still stuck in the 140's... I will never escape. I need help. If anyone wants to help please do... I need a trainer, but I don't have the money. 140 might not be a big number for most, but I am a pretty short girl and I see a big difference in 5 - 10lbs. I do have trouble tracking my food... and sometimes I go over board. I love food and sometimes I can't help myself, but it is only a couple times a month, but that always set me back to the 140's. ...

I am starting to run... will be training for the Gate River Run in March 2008.

My Goals:
I would like to learn to have a better eating habit and exercise program. I want to have a lot of energy and be fit. I also need fit in my clothes, they are getting too tight. I can''t afford to buy new clothes and don''t like the new trends.
My Program:
I want to lose 30lbs and fit into a size 6 maybe a 4. I also want more muscles mass.

I was born in Cambodia and moved here in 1984. I am married with 2 little girls.
