I was created to worship Christ. I now present my body as a living sacrifice. No longer will I practice unhealthy habits. I will exercise, eat a balanced diet, and get plenty of rest. As I change my inner self, the outward beauty will be enhanced.


MY 12 LBS IN 45 DAYS CHALLENGE:
- WORKOUT AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK
- 9 SERVINGS OF WATER DAILY
- 8 SERVINGS OF FRUIT/VEGETABLES DAILY
- STAY WITHIN RANGE FOR ALL NUTRITION TRACKER ITEMS.

My Goals:
My inital goal was to lose a total of 35 lbs by the end of 2007.

Unfortunately, I managed to lose 25 of those pounds and gain some back. So now I am back again to get on track.

My new short-term goal is to drop 30 lbs. by June 2012.

Ultimately, my desire is just to be healthier spiritually, mentally, and physically so that I can live a longer, more prosperous life.

My Program:
I pray often!

I read inspirational material daily.

I vow to start my program back up with either Walk Away the Pounds, aerobics or some other form of cardio and strength training at least 3 times a week.


I drink as much water as I can hold throughout the day, at least 8 servings.

I count calories using Calorie King, a book. They also have a website.

SP will help me to reach my goals!!

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Maryland. A short tour in the military took me all over the country but I am back.

Other Information:
I am saved and I love to read.
My main book to read is the BIBLE.
I also read other inspirational books. I have read the whole Left Behind series.
I also love music (gospel and jazz), bowling, and scrapbooking.

THANK YOU! I go with the different times of the year, keeping up with the times is a great way to stay fresh, every day counts! So, I don't mind keeping up with day to day events and seasonal holidays, there one one for every season! And I like people! Great way to get and celebrate festivals, holidays and each other for occasions, Christmas is my favorite! emoticon emoticon

Hey!

I am sending out a personal invite to all my spark to The Rocky Summer Challenge, a challenge that is designed to help you build strength in your core, upper body and lower body along with building up your endurance in cardio while also combining the fun of “The Biggest Loser” weight loss idea. This challenge starts on June 1st and will last 4 weeks. Sign up are on my team, “The Challenge” which is located on my sparks page. (The thread is in the introduce yourself forum). More info is included there too (you don’t have to join in order to see the info) and you can email me a request for more details before joining.

We have done this challenge before (before the team was started) and it was a huge success. The request from spark buddies, who took part in this last time, has been tremendous so it’s coming back!!!

I encourage you all to invite a buddy to the team (everything is more fun with a friend) and if you do so, I’ll be pairing you both (or how ever many) onto the same team together. Remember the more the merrier!
