Thanks for checking in on me. I lost 1/2 a lb. I was down more during the week, but eating carbs on Saturday bumped it back up. I haven't been able to exercise full force because of muscle pain. I just read yesterday that not eating enough carbs can cause that. I haven't given up the plan completely, but thinking I might have to adjust it. Hope you are doing well starting week 2!
