I've Been Putting This Off...

Update 2011: I wrote that a few years ago, and truly have enjoyed transforming my life. I plan my fun quite deliberately and enjoy knowing that I have a schedule full of good times ahead with my friends and family.

My remaining challenge is to question some of the core ideas about and demands on myself that have given me some misery in the past, and to live life as a good enough person.

My Goals:
To learn to live deliberately and well, so that I have energy for giving generously and joyously.

My Program:
Making lists.
Just "doing it" even if I can't do a perfect job of it.
Getting rid of things I don't NEED to do that I'm not excited about.
Trying to learn to PLAN fun, so that I'm not just trying to sneak it into my To Do time.
When I'm down on myself, ask WHO is demanding this of me, and, is it a real concern I should be tackling at all?

Thanks for sharing my smiles.

Thanks for stopping by my blog to give some good suggestions about shopping for groceries. I eat pretty much like that, too, eating mainly from the Produce department, plus some meats, grains, and dairy. emoticon emoticon

Hey momma... thank you for my motivation... you wouldn't believe I actually watched that last night! Earlier last week I had decided I'd try to do a 3 day juice cleanse so I bought some pressed juice from a small company in Nashville from the Farmers Market. So I picked up like 16 bottles of fresh juice yesterday, and today did a juice "feast" was hoping to do all three days fasting/feasting... but I'm not sure with my working out for work if I'll be able to survive with only juice... But if not, at least it jump started a healthier eating back on track right?

And those cinnamon rolls were coconut orange cinnamon rolls... used half coconut flour half organic flour... and coconut oil and milk in the recipe... not too bad, but I didn't bake them together so they dried out a little. But my friend liked them, and of course my kid likes them :)
