The road to shorts and bikinis

I was thin and fit my whole life, until suddenly, I realized I am not anymore. Not even close. I want to lose weight, but I want to do it while getting strong, and increasing my endurance. I want to focus on lifting weights, running, and eating right. The weight loss should happen along the way. Right? Right!
