Shrinking Saundings

I have been overweight for most of my life, and obese for about 5 or 6 years. I have dieted a few times before but lost the motivation pretty quickly. I am determined to lose this weight this time!

I'm 5ft tall and started at 185 lbs.

My first goal is 150 lbs, and then 140 lbs, and then down to 120 or whatever feels comfortable.

There are so many ways to figure out your healthiest weight.
There is a scale at my physician's office that allows me to know my percentage of body fat.
I am using that scale to judge if I am loosing any more weight because it tells me if I am loosing weight or water or muscle... But there are other ways also .. there are so many articles about this here at spark. Learn all you can.. and congratulations on such a great start off
