I LOVE your graphic "after" picture! It is a great visual of WHERE you are going and will help you realize it! Another great tool is to think of all the reasons why you want to get down to 200--for your health is a GREAT reason, but why else? To say to be healthier or have more energy are both wonderful, but ask WHY!? WHY do you want to be healthier? What will you do with the improved health that you aren't doing now, or more energy? What will your life be like? What things will you do?
and then, start doing those things now, or atleast start on the road to doing them. One woman told me that she wanted to lose weight to go Mountain Climbing, well,that is great, but at 285 pounds, she was a long way away from that goal, but going on a walk that day, or a hike, or going to a local rock climbing wall and seeing how much she could do that day and then each month going back until she reached the top? Those actions, and doing them consistently will get her to the top of the mountain alot more quickly than dreaming about it!
