Slimmin' Down for My Health
Hey all, I have tried out many things. Let's see how this works. I am currently way our of shape and weigh in at a whopping 337 lbs. Honestly that is down from my max which has been 360. I vaugely remember the time when I was near or under 200 lbs. That time needs to come back for my health.

My Program:
Excercise -Strength training with bands every other day - 45-60minutes of cardio on elliptical trainer or walking
Dieting- Keep around 1600 cals Eat lots of hard to digest veggies. Split my meals up into five or six smaller meals.
