Gratz on the loss hun! That is fabulous....and an inspiration for me. I've struggled soooo much this summer that seeing your success on my friend feed was a light for me. As you say, just do it!
Good morning! Congrats on the weight loss! Thanks for saying I help to motivate you. I have really made exercise a huge part of my everyday life. Walking and going to the gym are what keep me from gaining my weight back. I just wish I could lose about 20Ibs. more. I'll keep at it daily! School start here today. I will be watching 4 kids this fall. They all go to school for part of the day so it won't be to stressful. Their all really great kids. I'm planning my daughters wedding for next summer. I saw on the friend feed that you've lost 5Ibs.. Way to go Anne Marie! Keep it up! I've been walking everyday at least 3 miles. I'm having a great summer and spending afternoons at the swimming pool with my 8yr. old niece. We're going to Panama City Beach in a couple weeks for vacation. Hi Anne Marie! Thanks for your note on my friends feed. Exercise is a huge part of my daily life. I rarely miss a day. I just don't feel right if I don't take time to do something like walking, biking, elliptical, weights, videos, etc. I know to keep my weight off that I must do exercise on most days. I also really watch what I eat. I'm 49yrs. old so I'm have so many peri-menopause issues right now. I struggle to lose any weight, but I seem to be maintaining okay. I'm still a work in progress!
