You joined in November and it looks like you have not been logging in because I'm sure you lost more than five pounds since then. I read your post about having had heart attacks and coding and having diabetes. I hope you are using SPARKPEOPLE to help you regain your health. 40 is much too young not to do that.
Hey Satin, I was reading your comment post on the women and hear attack article and was very impressed and moved by it...How did we manage to let our health get to the sad state it is as young as we are? I feel for you girl and wish us ALL the best of Luck and Health in this New Year!
Satin, Thanks for the support! I call it a bubble of fat mostly because it is around my middle. So it kind of looks like I have a bubble there. But I do agree it could also mean I am hiding. I do that (emotional hiding) pretty often. Have a great week! bubblegirl34
Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You'll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we'll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
Hi Satin, Good luck to you in whatever you decide to do, whether it be the surgery or by using the spark plan. If you keep track of what you eat...the spark plan will calculated for you the fat, cholesterol and calories. It really works...Plus with some exercises you'll be on your way..HANG IN THERE.....SHEGRIZZ
