My Goals:
I want to be healthy. I want to be able to run and play and not worry about how much I'm jiggling all around. I do not want to become immobile and watch life pass me by from the sidelines.
The goal is to get to a healthy weight of 135 lbs. and be toned. I do not expect to be a model, I expect to be healthy and would like to maintain that weight for my lifetime.

My Program:
I will be participating in the Body for Life program, which involves 3-45 minute weight sessions per week and 3-20 minute cardio sessions. Additionally, I will do a yoga video 1x per week, preferrably on Sundays, the day I plan to use to "reset" for the following week.
