Past - to - April 8, 2013
I deal with several health problems and am taking seventeen different prescription medications daily. I want to reduce the number of medications I take, as well as the effects of the health problems I have. Losing weight will help me accomplish those goals.

Update November 29th 2013

I have not focused much on losing weight, but I have reduced the number of medications I take to between 6 and 8 depending on the status of my asthma.

My Goals:
I started 11/23/2013

My first goal is to get below 200. I have aprox 19 lbs to lose to get there. (done 12/14/2013)

I got to 25 lbs lost on 1/9/2014! I am super happy. My favorite jeans fall off of me now. I also had to buy smaller underwear.

Next goal 180's (Done 2/21/2014. 189.2! I officially lost 30 lbs)

My Program:
Starting November 23, 2013 I went LCHF. I gave up all grains, all artificial sweeteners, all High Fructose Corn Syrup, Soy, Corn, and almost all processed foods.

If I don't know what it is, I am not putting it in my body.

Starting Feb 1st I want to get serious about my fitness/exercise. I have messed with it here and there, but nothing major to this point. I have gone from jumping for 1 minute to being able to jump for 7 minutes since I started. Now I want to get more regular about it and increase the time, as well as add in the treadmill.



Personal Information:
I am being followed by a team of doctors due to several health problems.


Other Information:
At the start of this journey I was spending days upon days in bed due to poor health. As of October 2013 I have been adding in exercise as I am able to do it.
