Hello waist

I've shrunk by 4 dress sizes and have got a distinctive waistline back. Hence the page title. My weight-loss plateaued mid-2013 and then I gained about 10lbs back. I don't like how my clothes are looking tight, so I'm back on the low-carb plan.

By following the SparkPeople's diabetes eating programme I have halved my blood sugar count.

Satchmo, thank you so much for your healing prayers on behalf of my car accident. Because of my injuries, I'm only able to sit short periods of time while visiting the SP website. I'm grateful to you for your support. Have a beautiful and blessed Monday!

I have taken a breath, thank you, and today is moving forward and being equally productive. I am being more mindful about moving from my desk a bit more too!!!

How do you feel the interview went?

Hope you are enjoying some of this sunshine.

I read to my kids CONSTANTLY when they were little. Bedtime, certainly, but throughout the day there were hours and hours of a lap full of baby and book. Like, from 6 weeks old. They are both great readers.

The walk in Norfolk was lovely and the beer and sandwich afterwards definitely went down well!
I hope you are settling in well and enjoying your new surroundings.
Wishing you a great week.
