Something I've always wanted

Losing the weight is just like saving up for a big purchase - I have to plan, budget, and deal with unforeseen circumstances to reach my goal. The time has come for me to really focus on getting what I want. When I reach my goal date the time Iíve spent sculpting my body will have earned me health, confidence, and above all the piece of mind that I stuck to my goals and achieved something Iíve always wanted.

My Goals:
I'm 5 foot 5 and three years ago I was about 200 pounds. I'm now 150 pounds but have been there for 2 years. My original goal was to get to 125 pounds - so now all I have to do is get off this 2 year plateau and finish what I started.

My Program:
-Cardio 4-5 times a week
-Weights 4-5 times a week
-Keeping track of everything I eat (I'm bad at that). I just started the program so I need to wait to find out how many calories to take in per day.
-Sleeping 8 hours a night
