Going Hard!!!!

I had a baby Sept 11, 2009 (9lbs 1.2oz) He was a big one. I am now starting to get sleep and now has the energy to work out. I have personal trainer and I have signed up for the Peachtree Road Race 6.2mi. My goal is to lose 49lbs by my son's bday (9/11).

Before getting pregnant I was 170. I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy. I would like to get down to 150. My soon to be husband encourages me to workout and eat right. So I get motivation from home. The journey begins.....

***Update (8/26/10): I fell off big time. Stopped working out and didn't watch what I was eating. I went on a beach vacation this past weekend and was not happy about the pictures. My boyfriend and I said the same thing "We will not go on another trip looking like this". I bought the P90X yesterday and started Day 1 today. P90 is no joke but I know this will get me where I want to be. I can't wait to see my 30 day picture.

You're beautiful!! Good luck on your P90X Journey!! I'm in week 2 now, and I'm having a blast! Still having issues with Yoga X though. I'm fully convinced that if this program doesn't work, it'll be my fault. Tony gives us all the tools we need. I hope you get great results! Good luck!
