Committed to Healthy Living
I was starting to see results before I discovered I was pregnant in February 2011! I had a healthy beautiful baby girl, Nyla Rose!!! I thoroughly enjoy her. I was starting to see results before I discovered I was pregnant in February 2011! I had a healthy beautiful baby girl, Nyla Rose!!! I thoroughly enjoy her. She is going on 6 months and I am ready to amp up my exercise and diet routine because I have been inconsistent and taking it slow so far. My man and I will be celebrating our birthdays this year on a cruise to the Bahamas in October 2012. I WILL wear a bikini!!! I have made a quality decision to lose weight, exercise and make smart food choices. I have decided to no longer diet, but to make a lifestyle change by changing how I view food and making sure my emotional, spiritual, physical and relational needs are met in a healthy manner. Everything else that I wanted to accomplish in life, I set a goal and I did it! Losing weight has been harder for me. But I will tackle this goal with the same commitment, determination, perseverance and consistency as I have with other goals!

My Goals:
**4/24/12 - 6 months postpartum - RESTART *12/19/11 - 6 week post-partum and ready!!! My Goals are to: - lose 50 pounds - tone abs, butt, arms, thighs - be able to jog nonstop around a track (2 miles) - wear shorts and look good! - wear a bikini again : ) *6/6/11 - I lost 60 lbs and was up to jogging 4 miles nonstop! I am now pregnant and have new goals. Goals: - Use BabyFit SP to maintain a healthy/fit mindset, keep weight gain reasonable, eat healthy and stay active.
My Program:
**4/24/12 *12/19/11 I will: - Attend BootCamp MWF - Jog TRSaSun - Eat lots of fruits and veggies - Drink lots of water - Greatly limit junk food and soda - Use SP food tracker INCENTIVE PLAN: *Hair, mani/pedi/brows done biweekly - I have neglected these things waiting til I reach the goal, but I should feel/look good NOW* Start Weight=221.5 lbs 211 lbs - Shoes 201 lbs - Clothes 191 lbs - Coach Bag 181 lbs - M.Kors Bag 171 lbs/GOAL - All new bras, panties, lingerie and swimwear!!!!!!!! *6/6/11 I will: - Stretch 1-2x per day - Walk for 1 hour daily - Do light weight training (leg press, bicep/tricep curls) 3x per week - swim weekly - Eat lots of fruits and veggies - Drink lots of water - Greatly limit junk food and soda I plan to weight train 3X per week and walk daily for an hour for the month of April (2010).
Personal Information:
I am 34 years old. I have 3 sons (15, 9, and 6). I recently (Nov 2, 2011) had my 1st girl with the Man of my Dreams!!!! I am a Clinical Supervisor/ Counselor and PhD student. I love to read, write, watch movies, listen to music, and spend time with my family and good friends. I also love to travel, and try new and different things! I plan on taking a cruise with the Man in my Life in October of 2012! I WILL be ready!
