Hi.. I'm Monica! I am 35.. I am the proud wife and mother to 4 children.. I have not always been overweight.. But over the last 3 years I just let myself go.I have 4 kids with ADHD ".. I need to lose at least 30 lbs.. I would really love to be 130-135 lbs idealy!!!!

So far my routine will be eating more fruits and veggies and using some healthy recipes from the site to cook healthier meals for my family.

Walk 30 minutes 6 days a week

drink 11 glasses of water daily

reward myself daily( me time)

Write down everything that I eat and drink..

record measurements weekly..

I'm really struggling.. I just feel overwhelmed and invaluable when I look at myself in the mirror.. I feel like such a failure.. I need to trim up and get my body back into shape for the sake of my health..

buy a new dress for the wedding and a bikini for the pool..

My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water EVERYDAY.

Develop a bedtime schedule.. 8 hours sleep everynight. -DONE!!!!

shake..shake.shake.. shake your booty..

Walking at least 30 minutes 6 days a week. adding a minute each day I walk..

stationary bike 2 days a week

workout video 3 days a week

Personal Information:
I am 35..... Happily married to the most amazing man.. I have four growing children..
four years ago I became a SAHM .. I no longer have time for me.. 4 kids with ADHD and 2 with special needs and constant supervision..
I am very sensitive and really in need of motivation. Don't live close to anything. Get cooped up inside due to cold climate. Honestly I just have never been taught how to exersize correctly.

Other Information:
I love to hear about peoples life stories.

I am really needing some motivation to keep me going.. beginings are great.. I seriously need this weight off.

I need a workout buddy
