i have been losing about 20 pounds a year i know i can do much better..my goals is to lose at least 50 this yearthat is just over 4 pounds a month i really am thankful for what i lost and manitaining but i think i can do better ..

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

drinking 8 glasses water
doing30 mins excrise daily

ok years past i have NOT did the excrise i know thats what im missing...

hello im from va in blue ridge mts..my goal here is to lose weight n find friends...on spark that i have did in 2 years.im married 2 kids n 2 grandkids my pride n joy ..i have lost 45pounds im going do this......plus 10 more gods will this year

Starting today, instead of saying "I have to" when discussing your actions or goals, substitute the words "I choose to."...
"I have to lose weight" becomes "I choose to lose weight." Saying "I choose to" puts you in charge and affirms that you want to see results.
