i have been losing about 20 pounds a year i know i can do much better..my goals is to lose at least 50 this yearthat is just over 4 pounds a month i really am thankful for what i lost and manitaining but i think i can do better ..

hello im from va in blue ridge mts..my goal here is to lose weight n find friends...on spark that i have did in 2 years.im married 2 kids n 2 grandkids my pride n joy ..i have lost 45pounds im going do this......plus 10 more gods will this year
with God all things are possible.. and spark friends help alot!!!!

Hi Judy! Thanks a bunch for the streamers goodie. Did you have a nice fourth? Do anything special? It was just a regular day for me. Hubby had to work, so I just stayed home and did my workouts and housework. I could hear fireworks going off in the next town and my poor dog was so scared! How have you been doing?
