i have been losing about 20 pounds a year i know i can do much better..my goals is to lose at least 50 this yearthat is just over 4 pounds a month i really am thankful for what i lost and manitaining but i think i can do better ..

hello im from va in blue ridge mts..my goal here is to lose weight n find friends...on spark that i have did in 2 years.im married 2 kids n 2 grandkids my pride n joy ..i have lost 45pounds im going do this......plus 10 more gods will this year

Hi Judy! It is always good to hear from you. Please don't feel bad that you have put on some pounds. Did you know that I gained back some of the 71 lbs I had lost? I gained back over 30 but I am not giving up and I know you won't either. We just have to work hard to lose those pounds again and keep going. Even after we reach our goals, we STILL have to keep working, so we might as well accept it and embrace a healthy lifestyle. We deserve to feel good and be healthy! Nothing worth having comes easily.
