Shrinking my Sassy Pants

For most of my life I have battled weight just like a yo-yo. In the last 10 years I've been 135 pounds and I've been 192. This makes quite a difference in the body at 5'1. Pretty soon I will be married, settling down and will be able to give myself the opportunity to become routine. I'm ready to let go and jump in.

My Goals:
- Run a 5k
- Get Zumba Certified
- Wear a 2 piece bathing suit again


My Program:
I'm working on my routine but I'm hoping to accomplish 2 days a week, 120 minutes total of weight training and 3-4 days of cardio (Spinning, Kickboxing and Zumba)

I love to cook and spend almost every evening putting together a healthy dinner at my home. If I can catch up I will be posting lots of recipes.

- Current MBA student at Wingate University
- Getting married on September 5, 2010
