I'm trying to develop better eating and exercise habits so I stay healthy without feeling like I'm dieting. Knowing myself I'll have more success trying to get into "healthy cooking" or training for a race then just trying to lose weight.
Try to get off my rear every day. Setting goals. Coming up with recipes that are healthy but also tasty enough so that other people want some.
I used to be so flexible and now I can't touch my toes anymore. I gained 20 pounds and a quick temper since entering the corporate world and not exercising as much...trying to get rid of them both before they're permanent!
I enjoy loud rock shows in small venues, 77% dark chocolate, walking by the harbor on a gorgeous day, volunteering, bantering with a worthy opponent.
HI and welcome to the "I Hate Exercise" team. I hope you will come to love the team as much as I have. They are a great group of people and extremely caring, kind, supportive and motivating.
We have a daily check in thread where you can stop in and see what's going on with everyone and feel free to use the venting thread on those times that you feel like pulling your hair out! Look forward to getting to know you better!
