What a difference three years makes, thanks to Sparkpeople.

I have found a new Sassy these last 3 years, I truly believe that you can do ANY thing!

I have lost and maintained a loss of 120+ pounds have been in onderland for 20 months now, will never go back.

I have become a runner having joined the 1% club of people that have completed a full marathon! What a High! I do however think my distance of choice is the half at 13.1 miles. However have an additional full on my bucket list either the NYC or the MCM!

I am learning to love myself, I have a great pair of legs! So dresses , skirts, shorts are my new clothes of choice! Going from a size 26 to a 10.

Have been at my goal weight, however looking at maybe an additional 5-10 pounds, just to make me feel better!

Thanks to all my Diamonds for being so inspiring, and my spark family for cheering me on Y'all Rock!

My Goals:
Continue to maintain ,y lose looking for a possible additional 5-10 pounds just cus I think I will feel better about it! Hoping to set a new PR in my half this year! Plus figure out my next full for the year!

My Program:
I will continue to follow my spark recommended plan which is 1200 - 1500 calories per day!

Working with Killian (Jillian Michaels) She ROCKS!
Running 3-5 times a week with long runs on Sunday!

My name is Lori, I live in Western North Carolina. I have a supportive husband and wonderful teen son! I have a great running community/training partners. It is a whole new world when you shake off the weight!

Other Information:
My immediate family all live within 2 hours of us. Family and Friends are important to me. I believe people come into you life for a reason! I consider myself a SPARK Junkie. Who knew I would love working out?!

    Howdy! If we can’t do 1 sit-up, why set a goal to do 100 sit ups by the end of the week? Although we may have the desire to set miraculous goals, temper them with reality and tone the goals down into achievable goals…then we will reap a feeling of success instead of failure and frustration. Another new day is here! You're doing great! Keep up the hard work and sacrifices!
