My Program:
Nothing...and I mean NOTHING is off limits. If I have to give up all my junk and fast foods, I'll never make it. BUT...when I indulge, it is with portion control. And that is my program--control portions and increase exercise minutes. I use SP Nutrition and Fitness Trackers faithfully, and try to get as many SparkPoints as I can comfortably fit into a day. (You really CAN spend hours here! lol)
