Hello! I'm glad you are well. I'm doing pretty good so far. This week was "easy" though, the next 2 will be difficult, as we are going away to visit family. I'm not sure how I will fit in my regular workouts, so I may just have to settle for walking etc. and decrease my calories for the time. It will be nice to get away, but anything out of the ordinary poses a big challenge for weight loss! Anyway, Keep it up, we are on our way!
