No more than 15 g of sugar a day Fiber 25-30 g daily 6 servings carbs 5-20g=1 serving 21-40g=2 servings 41-60g=3 servings under 5 don't count I use xylitol for a sugar substitute.I can make some awesome cookies with this stuff
