Sassy's Planning for a Healthier ME!

My name is Leslie. I'm working towards being the person that I want to be, and that includes being healthy so that I can continue my outdoor activities without injuring myself. I want to do some pretty extreme backpacking trips in the next couple of years so I need to really get on this and make it stick. It appears that the lessons are sticking now, so this is good! All right! Next phase of journey - GO!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I do actually adjust how much I eat on the days I exercise. If I do intense cardio, I'll eat more but even if I weren't tracking, I'd eat more anyways. I always tend to be hungrier on the days I run. Maybe since I've been eating a lot some days and less on others, I'm also keeping my body confused.

I was in Mongolia lat summer. They call their yurts ....gers. Very warm, really protect from elements excapet water. Lol
