Thanks for the comment on my Jan 25 blog! It sounds like we are a lot alike! I watch TV, listen to music, or learn my Sweet Adelines music while I walk indoors. It takes my mind off my stressors and makes the time fly by.

I'm glad you joined Walking Walking Walking!! I am the leader, but we kind of lead each other. We have special goals to help monitor blood sugar two times a day, and a walking goal. I hope you join in the games and post often!
