Starting over at 50
Hello,
I am a 50 year old female who would like to start my 50's right, I have always wanted to loose weight but I just can't stay motivated. I need a buddy who feels the same way and is sincere in helping me, in return I will motivate you to do the same. I like to travel, just have fun, and I am not ready to give it up especially to bad health.

My Goals:
Loosing 50lbs is only one of my goals, I want to start my own business, I plan to do more travel, now that I have been bitten by the travel bug.
My Program:
Right now I walk when I can, and I am also watching what I eat.

Beside from traveling I enjoy reading, horseback riding, going on cruises, dancing I want to learn how to salsa, roller blade, and learn how to swim. I also want to quit smoking.
