To hike the length of the Pacific Crest Trail (virtually).

To lose a little weight, piddle in my garden, take some art classes, stay up late if I want, sleep in late if I want, and be healthy and happy.



My Program:
2014 Summer 5% Challenge

I am totally committed to lose 5% of my weight over the next 8 weeks:

I will endeavor to walk 10,000 steps a day.

Will stay on the HAPPY HORMONES, SLIM BODY Diet for the next 8 weeks and check in with my teams daily.

I will track my food and exercise daily and my weight and measurements weekly.

Walk, walk, walk, walk and more walking.

Lots of smiles and laughs

Hey! How are you doing? Still losing? I lost 1 lb in the last 10 days, but even that makes me happy!
For me not eating after 4 is the trick. I was an evening emotional eater, so not eating at night helps me maintain, and if I am a good girl, I can lose.
I am listening to Jon Gabriel's evening visualizations (relaxation and helping my body want to lose weight), and I eat around 1200 calories. More then I gain. I think I would be the favorite cow in a barn. I would produce milk with less eating! emoticon

Yes - that has become the family & friends joke about me - even my walking buddy will ask me when she calls if I am eating again, lol. Usually I am, hahahah!! But we still go walking; "10 minutes" is what she generally says, meaning we walk in 10! When possible, 3X daily for a total average of 7 miles daily; it varies with weather and how we feel.

No, I don't know anyone with Bells Palsy but when I googled it, Dry Eye is extremely common. I am going to guess you have been using Eye Drops? I wouldn't wait - it can only get worse - get in touch with your doctor please.

RE: Status - try logging out and then back in again - sometimes this will fix problems. Other than that, all you can do is post at the Tech Support Message Board.
