My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 lbs, so that I may do any physical activities with ease. I love Scuba Diving and Horseback riding, but it would be much easier if I were 100 lbs lighter. I also love traveling, but with the extra 100 lbs traveling can even be hard.
My Program:
I am going to follow the Spark People calorie goals and I am going to exercise for at least 10 minutes 3times per day. My exercise goals may change with my schedule.
