My Goals:
I am looking to lose at least 130 pounds. I have never been under 200 pounds in my adult life.

I really just want to be able to keep up with my daughter and ride roller coasters again:)

My Program:
Eating healthy:
Counting calories.
Limiting carbs.
Controlling my diabetes.
No soda, no concentrated sugar.

Exercise:

3X a week, work up to 4X a week.

I'd like to actually enjoy it, but until then I will just do it.

Personal Information:
I am happily married to a really good guy and mommy to a 2 1/2 year old handful:)

Currently I live in West Virginia, I do not consider this home, but it is where I am right now. Like almost everything in my life, this is in transition.

It's our LAST WEEK of summer challenge!
