It is now November, a year after my second child, and I haven't lost any weight. I'm not going to let that get me down. I'm healthier mentally than I have ever been and I'm ready to start on my physical transformation.

Fitness Minutes: 7,797

My Goals:
-lose 75 pounds

-exercise 3-5 days a week for at least 30 min a day, making sure to do cardio and strength training.

-get down to at least 150 pounds, but my dream weight would be 140.

-make lower-fat food for myself and family

-stick to my calorie intake recommendation each day

-not beat myself up when I make a mistake

-be healthy mentally and emotionally as well as physically

-be a healthy example for my two boys by dealing with my emotions in a healthy and positive way, cooking healthy food and snacks, and living an active lifestyle.


My Program:
-Gym 5 days a week, Monday to Friday for 30 minutes of cardio daily. If I can't make the gym then a spark people video repeated or other video workout at home.

-28 day boot-camp videos 7 days a week, usually done 3 times




Personal Information:
I just turned 29. I want to be healthy in every way, not just physically. I have realized in the last three years that I am a binge eater, and an emotional eater. That has led to my weight gain. With this realization I have started to find healthier ways to deal with my emotions and have slowly been transforming my mind. I feel like I now have the tools and I am mentally ready for a physical transformation.

I am a wife of 7 years to an amazingly patient and gracious husband. I am a mother is two amazing little boys, 3 and 1. I have a desire to have more children, but I want to focus on me and my health for just a little bit longer before we start trying again.

I love hanging out with friends, trying new foods and experiencing new things.
