I was so stressed out that I lost a ton of weight by not eating. Over the past year, things have been going great, but I started over eating again and eating out of boredom. All that weight I had lost previously had come back.

My husband works out of town a lot and tends to bring home every kind of fast food available when he comes back. I am so sick of every kind of it that I am now focused on eating healthier, real foods. In some ways I am glad I did this as now I crave none of those fatty, unhealthy foods.

I have cut out pop as well as most refined sugars. I am noticing an increase in my energy levels because of this change and am hoping to lose about 10 pounds.

My Goals:
I want to start eating healthier non processed foods.
- I want to stop over - eating.
- I want to fit into my old clothes.

My Program:
- going to stop eating in front of the tv.
- going to exercise more and try to go for a walk at least once every day.
- going to drink more water and cut out soft drink consumption.


Personal Information:
I am originally from Regina, Sk and lived there for most of my life. My hubby and I just recently bought a house in a small town and we are loving it as it is our first.

Other Information:
My interests are reading, going to church, baking and cooking.

I'm doing alright. Had to up my calories as I upped my cardio but didn't change them till this week. Been able to stay on track for the most part. Summer will be a challenge but I'm going to make it a priority. Sorry you haven't been feeling to well. WTG on losing 1 pound. One step closer is better than moving backwards :)
