I love you too, honey! Hrm... Here is a question: do you snack because your hungry or bored? Do you feel like you need a reward at the end of the day?I have stopped snacking so much once I started doing stuff other than watching tv in the evening. One suggestion is to have an apple with honey or some other fruit as a snack. Also pairing whatever you want to have with tea or just hot water will make a small amount seem more substantial and make it into a ritual- rather than a mindless, automatic action.
I always want to snack because I feel like I want to relax and have fun at the end of the day--another thought is to remember that you will want a snack later when you are having dinner and plan accordingly... I cant wait for tomorrow!
