A Work In Progress...
I spent many years of my life having low self esteem. It wasn't until I truly understood and accepted the fact that God loves me, that I began to feel good about myself. I often used the fact that I haven't been financially able to shop and buy the clothes to make me look good as an excuse to let myself go.
Today I am proud to say that I have grown spiritually and mentally and with God's help, I am ready to work on myself physically. I can no longer take my body for granted ...

I often used the fact that I haven't been financially able to shop and buy the clothes to make me look good as an excuse to let myself go.
Today I am proud to say that I have grown spiritually and mentally and with God's help, I am ready to work on myself physically. I can no longer take my body for granted because there are so many people that cannot walk, run, jog, or swim and I am blessed to be able to do all of those. I am going to serve and praise God not only with my mouth and my heart but with my body. Thanking Him daily for giving me the ability to excercise my body. I know now that I control what goes into my body and I have no more excuses for laziness.
I thank God for each and every day and all of the things that some people may take for granted...I am so ready to honor Him by making sure that the body that He gave me is healthy!

I fluctuate between a size 12/13 and 14/16. I would love to be a solid 10 and maintain it.
My Program:
I am following the meal plan set up for me, on sparkpeople, with a few moderations. I am also incorporating more exercise and prayer into my daily life.
