I have also noticed that your goals may be somewhat aggressive. I don't want you to become discouraged if you don't reach them. Start slow..baby steps and then just keep "stepping up your game"...as your condition improves.
I'm proud of you for making the committment. How in the world do you keep up with all those teams you are on? I try to narrow my focus otherwise I get overwhelmed.
