My name is Sarah, im 19 years old, starting at 82kgs (180 pounds) and 165 cms (5"6 approx). I'm hoping to change my life around and lose about 25 kgs (70pounds) in the next 6months with the help of a healthier diet, exercise, and support. I have decided to lose weight to feel better about myself, look cute in clothes again and have more confidence. By my 21st bday i want to have reached my goal weight, if i do so before that'll be a bonus. :)

I use to be 55kgs 3 years ago and slowly ive managed to put on all this weight! I dont know if its due to moving out of home and not eating my mums cooking anymore or just plainly due to matabolism change? probably a combination of both. Looking back on old pics of me helps with motivation. Its so strange bcoz back then i didn't even think about my weight yet now its a huge issue that i need to now change for the better! I cant wait- six months from now i should be hot again :) so keep posted and check out my gradual pics- i plan on posting one every month to see the difference!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 30 kilos overall.
For now i am set on losing 10 then as soon as ive reached that goal another 10 until i reach my final goal weight of 55 kilos :)

My Program:
I am doing the Tony Ferguson diet which is available in Australia (see
basically its a low carb high protien diet.
For exercise i am starting with 30mins a day either walking my dog, dancing or playing wii fit or going to the gym- some form of 30mins counts i guess.

Personal Information:
I am from Australia, and currently studying nursing at uni :)
I kno 55kgs is pretty tiny but its still a healthy BMI for my height and ive been this weight before, so its not as if its extremely unhealthy or impossible!

Other Information:
I'm doing this all for myself. It's about the way I feel, my confidence when I enter a room, the fact that my love for fashion is limited to clothes that fit me! I hate all these things and i'm glad that they are going to change! I couldn't care less about what others think about me, I know beauty comes from within, but I need to be able to be happy with myself first. I'll always be beautiful to my bf and i love him to death for that, yet personally it doesn't seem good enough for me to be the way I am at the moment. I wanna feel great about myself while also being healthier! :)
