My Goals:
I need to lost 50 lbs! Just to truely be happy and comfortable with myself. I won't be stick skinny when I get to that weight.. but I will be much healthier and thats what I need!

I'm married and I want to start a family with my husband but I refuse to get pregnant at this weight as well. So thats another reason.

My Program:
I'm working out on my Total Gym almost everyday (that thing works! 30 minutes of working on your legs you feel like you can't walk for 3 days!) I'm going on hikes. I'm eating smaller portions. I'm doing everything in my power that I can without drastically changing my life (I've learne drastic changes... never work)

I started Sparking in June of 2007. B y using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!
