Joanne's Healthy Living Page

I started over again on November 28, 2009. This is the first Christmas Holiday that I didn't gain weight. In fact, since the end of November, I lost over 4 lbs.

With the help of my Sparks Friends and my Weight Watcher friends, I know I can do it.

On July 26, 2010 I reached my Weight Watchers goal and I'm now back to being a lifetime Member. I am still going to try to reach my Sparks goal.

Congrats on getting through the holidays without weight gain! That is a real accomplishment with soooo many temptations. Also congrats on your award!

Thank you so much for the Sunshine! It really helps to know that there are others thinking about you and wishing you well! I appreciate the support. You know when things are not well with those I love, it
is more challenging for me to stay on track taking care of myself. I have to say I did a little stress eating this week! It has also been raining and my exercise has suffered.

Where do you do your 60 min circuit training? It must feel great to know you are getting a diverse workout and improving in many areas not just focusing on lbs....It sounds like a great way to start the week! emoticon
