I've tried so many different diets it's not funny. Cambridge, Rotation, T-Factor, Susan Powter, etc. My weight has mostly gone up after each one. We all know about the yo-yo.
I've had enough.
I need to change my lifestyle, and found SparkPeople. Tried it last April and lost 40 lbs over the summer. Then I stopped, and hit a plateau. So, I'm starting again, and this time I plan to reach my goal.
Trying to get down to a healthy weight and get in shape.
Trying to stay within my range for calories, fat, carbs and protein, plus getting exercise into my routine. In addition, I'm working at keeping pop out of my diet except on rare occaisions, cutting out the fast (fat) food and eating more veggies and fruits.
