Hi! I'm 32 years old and have always had issues with my weight. I was lucky enough to Inherit my dad's genes, a tall, broad-shouldered, brawny guy. My Goals:
My first goal is to feel comfortable wearing a short sleeved/sleeveless shirt during my trip to Las Vegas in mid-August.
My Program:
My husband and I are eating healthy (thank goodness for Cooking Light magazine and cook books!), but so far, I haven't developed a good excercise program, which I know is going to be key.
