My Goals:
Lose those last stubborn 15 pounds!!! Work out more often! Get my Arthritis and Migraines under control!

MG: 135 by Thanksgiving
MG: 130 by Christmas
MG: 125 by V-Day
MG: 120 by St. Patrick's
MG: 115 by Summer!

My Program:
Eating less "JUNK" and eating more fruits and vegetables as well as drinking more water and less soda. I am working on getting 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strenth with my boyfriend.

Personal Information:
I was born and bred in Michigan. I just graduated from college and have begun my first career out of school!

There's a team called Victoria’s Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of the VS team is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

Hi and welcome to the team great to have you join us this team is great and with over 550 members there is always some one to help you.
If you need anything just ask someone will have an answer for you, the best advice i can give is to post on the boards as often as you can it is the greatest motivational tool as you have others to answer to and keep you motivated, i wish you all the best and good luck in the challenge. Hello ! Very nice Page!! Warm welcomes to the "OO family!" (A place where people share successes, personal stories, insight, motivation, jokes, recipes, common goals and LOVE) If you can, I would recommend reading some of the past posts, just to become familiar with who is who, etc. Then, maybe post an obstacle you're overcoming, or have overcome. There are a few topics like "jokes" or "motivation", "wheres' everyone from", "weigh in room" etc.... and you're welcome to create your own, if you like, or reply to any of the ones already created. The "disabilities group forum" is the main discussion area, even though many of the team doesn't have a disability, and some do, it is for everyone to congregate in, and know they are NOT alone.
{PLEASE, FEEL FREE TO INVITE YOUR FRIENDS IN TOO :o)}
I created this forum out of love, and that's what you will find.." angels who carry one another to our goals."

You’re about to make many a new friend!

motivate! I wish you nothing but the best of success! So glad you have joined us!
If there was ever a time to dare, to make a difference, to embark on something worth doing, IT IS NOW. Not for any grand cause, necessarily...but for something that tugs at your heart, something that's your inspiration, something that's your dream.

You owe it to yourself to make your days here count. HAVE FUN. DIG DEEP. STRETCH. DREAM BIG. Know, though, that things worth doing seldom come easy. There will be good days. And there will be bad days. There will be times when you want to turn around, pack it up, and call it quits. Those times tell you that you are pushing yourself, that you are not afraid to learn by trying.

PERSIST. Because with an idea, determination, and the right tools, you can do great things. Let your instincts, your intellect, and your heart, guide you.

TRUST. Believe in the incredible power of the human mind. Of doing something that makes a difference. Of working hard. Of laughing and hoping. Of lazy afternoons. Of lasting friends. Of all the things that will cross your path this year.

The start of something new brings the hope of something great. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE There is only one you. And you will pass this way only once. Do it right.




Write down all of your ideas until you find a solution. Don't toss any of them -- even the ones you think are stinkers. Who knows? Some of those discards might end up coming in handy later on.

I am trying to be REALLY strict on what I eat and making sure I track everything. Also trying to increase my cardio again and add some muscle tone to increase my metabolism. You?
