My Program:
I am not into quick fixes. I am making permanent changes to my lifestyle. I have 0 interest in dieting, it messes with your body and it doesn't mesh in with the soon to be new, healthy, me. I will reduce my caloric intake, but nothing crazy - just healthier eating and exercise from here on out. If it takes me a year to take off 25 pounds, so be it. Whatever I lose, I want it to stay lost.

Other Information:
I enjoy most things nerd. I'm a bit of a homebody - but I am working on that. Gotta go out to get in shape!

That TDEE calculation is really cool! Mine came out to 2200-2300, depending on which calculator I used. (I found a few, lol.) Makes me feel even more solid about my decision to not worry so much about the calorie range. As long as my averages are looking good and I feel energetic, I think I'm on point.

2000 monthly minutes is an awesome goal! emoticon
