Thank you for the great advice about my hunger issue! I do eat a few snacks throughout the day, but I could probably balance it all out a bit better. It's very helpful to hear that I don't necessarily need to follow the calorie range given to me by SP. I have been feeling a little guilty even being at the top of my range, but I do agree that I need to listen to my body and fuel it when I am feeling that extra hunger.
I actually get Shin splints. and the 6 miles the day before, plus no icing to prevent them caused them to flare up BAD on me. I'm definitely icing today and might skip the workout, I"m not sure yet. My workout entails a warm up stretch, so that wasn't it either. I also drank 12 cups of water yesterday and the day before.
