Sarah Stuff

Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm 31 now, living in Michigan.

I reached my goal in November of 2006 but am working hard to maintain my weight. Every day is a new day to prove that I can do it and that I've made positive healthy changes!

It's not easy - don't let anyone fool you into thinking that it is. Maintaining is as much work as dieting, with its own struggles.

I read your post about what you think maintenance means. I completely agree with you. It really is more than the scale. If you went on the scale alone, it wouldn't account for the muscle gained and fat lost. It's all about balance and staying active. I commend you and all of your hard work! Good Job and congrats on your Maintenance Anniversary!

Congradulations on your new job. I just visited your page and have to agree. I reached my goal only this pasted November but having been a yo yo dieter for years I know that the hardest part is keeping it off. I realize I wll have to always count those calories to be sure not to go back to old habits. Good luck on your diet and your new job. Josephine

I used to live at Stone School but we moved to Ypsi April last year. Hubby is not in any RPG game now since he can't find a group that means at the time he's available. Maybe I should have him get in contact with you hubby and see when and what game his team is doing. :)

I found you on the Knitter's board and then the A2 leaderboard. I hope you don't mind if I included you in my friend's list here. You said your DH does RPG?
