Fitness Minutes: 982

My Goals:
To lose 100lbs in a year. To be healthier and happier!


My Program:
Eating healthy...

-Avoiding processed foods

-Only whole grain rice & potatoes as starches

-Little red meat

-Lots of fruits & veggies!

Exercising using 10 minute solutions - - - Cardio Dance, Latin Dance, Pilates with band, and Pilates for the ball.



Personal Information:
I Like: fall when the leaves are changing. spring when everything is green. hot showers. laughing. driving with the windows down and the heater on. christmas lights. boneless buffalo wings. pictures. remembering every nook and cranny of my old house. sunny days. having a really good dream and remembering it the next day. antique furniture. thursday-sunday. seeing people alone or driving and smiling about something. watching chhaya squirm to get under the covers. the beach. chips and queso. things that give me goosebumps. plants. splashing water on my face in the morning. hanging out with mr. sosa. having a good day. being independant. storms. holding hands. being outside. down comforters. feeling important. cold pizza. ikea. sleeping in my most comfy bed. good lighting. palm trees. smiling. new car smell.

Favorite Movies: 50 First Dates, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Click,Pretty Woman, Monster-In-Law, Save The Last Dance, Simon Birch, The Five People You Meet In Heaven.

Favorite TV Shows: Family Guy, Yes Dear, Gilmore Girls, Futurama, Smallville, Desperate Housewives, Two & a Half Men, House.

Favorite Music: Just about anything...

Favorite Books: The Notebook, The Green Mile - both way better than the movies! Everything is Illuminated, Where's Joe Merchant?, Agnus.

    hi your sister sugested i introduce myself. i am still new to the computer so i don't really know how to do any of this, just faking my way through. i found this website on accident looking for anything to help motivate me to lose weight. i think this time i can do it. i have six kids. my newborn will be three months on the first, and i realized the other day that i have been out of touch with the real me for so long that i just don't recognize myself in the mirror any more.hopefully i can lose weight for good this time.
