Operation "Compress the Fluff"

I joined SparkPeople in Sep. 2006 and shed 15 lbs of fluff that I’d just figured I’d carry for the rest of my life. I reignited my Spark at the beginning of 2011 when I started popping out of my pants.

My focus now is entirely on reducing my body fat, hence "Compress the Fluff."

As a working mom who still makes regular home-cooked meals for her family and attends little league baseball games, my life is rather imbalanced right now. I’D LOVE TO HEAR YOUR SUCCESS ...

I usually just start adding all kinds of spices til it's where I want it. For instance, for a cup of brown rice, I add a few dashes of tarragon, curry, cayenne, salt, pepper, chili powder, and raisins. I don't measure so I don't have precise details on how I do it... but it's definitely delicious!!! emoticon

When I first joined I didn't know what to really do with it (kind of discovered it by accident, lol) but now I love it and log on daily.
