    sarah-I like the walking videos on u-tube/pinterest. I started with Leslie Samsone, then went to Jessica Smith. Try one that is maybe 15-20 minutes long. They are not walking in place! The good ones have you walking side to side, backwards, grape vines, etc. I challenged myself last summer to walk outdoors and wow what a difference. At 1st I wanted my videos back-lol!
