From Depressed to Living Happily

I have recently decided to change. My lifestyle, and my appearance. I want to feel confident in myself for once in my life and not worry about what others see when they look at me. I want to be able to talk to others without being self conscious. Update 11/01/2013 I am over halfway to my goal weight, and I couldn't be happier! I am beginning to gain some self confidence as well as feeling better physically because of my improved health. I also have avoided getting sick this year, so I must have improved since last year I had problems with getting sick quite often. I am looking forward to this year as I reach steadily closer and closer to my goal. Update 05/05/13 So I've been on a plateau for the last few months. Well, I haven't been trying my hardest in nutrition and fitness goals, so that's probably why it's lasted this long. But I've recommitted and lost a pound this week! I am so ready to move past this road block and get to my goal this year! I believe I can do it and make 2013 my ultimate and goal reaching year!

My Goals:
05/05/2013 1. Use gym pass 3-5X a week 2. Eat a more balanced diet including different varieties of food 3. Gradually transition from vegetarian to vegan over the next few months
My Program:
1. Walk, bike outdoors on trails and to the gym and back 2. Try new recipes and cook with new foods 3. Cook more beans and other non animal products. Eat a vegan meal once a day.
Personal Information:
I'm a 19 year old Canadian university student who has lost almost 60 pounds over the last year and am hoping to lost the last 30-35 pounds over this summer.
