My main motivation for using Spark people is to maintain a balance between what I eat and how much I exercise. I definitely stay more focused when I track daily. I really struggling with saying "no" to the sugary junk at the office; mexican bread, candy, chocolates and coffee cakes are always on hand. I'm in need of some motivation and encouragement!

Eat 5-9 servings of organic fruits and veggies daily.

Consume no more than 1300 calories daily.

100 lbs by 6/26/2010 - My Wedding Day!!!

My Program:
Strict vegetarian diet. I am almost vegan but can't seem to give up chocolate.

High fiber/low fat, low sugar.

Exercise 5 days per week: running, elliptical trainer, kick boxing, strength and endurance training class, yoga.

I love your food tracker - it looks incredibly healthy. I too eat lots of fruit and veggies, although I eat chicken and fish too. Keep up the good work - your diet is an inspiration! emoticon
